Terms of Use
The short version: exercise at your own risk, be reasonable, enjoy.
Effective July 20, 2026 · Applies to the DropTen iOS app and dropten.app
Acceptance
By downloading or using DropTen you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs where these terms are silent.
Health and safety
DropTen tells you to do push-ups. Push-ups are exercise, and exercise carries inherent risk. DropTen provides general fitness entertainment, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You use DropTen entirely at your own risk, and Stratford Meridian Labs LLC is not liable for injuries arising from your exercise decisions.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use DropTen on Apple devices you own or control. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple under your Apple ID. Prices are shown before purchase; the Everything Unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Content
Trivia answers are curated for accuracy but not guaranteed; if a question is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it. Portions of the free question pool are adapted from CC BY-SA 4.0 sources (see attribution).
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
DropTen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratford Meridian Labs LLC's total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
